How to measure for a collar

No Questions Asked Returns and Exchanges

USA returns and exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Buying online is easier and more fun if you can return or exchange your purchase for any reason. You will receive a full refund or exchange with no restocking fee. Shipping is free for exchanges. For returns, customer pays return shipping.

Print the USPS return shipping label and get a tracking number. (For RMA number, use original order number or leave blank)

International returns and exchanges: Customer pays return shipping, no restocking fee.

60-day Return Policy

With Dog Collar Boutique's 60 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that the items must be in the same condition that you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. Please include a copy of the order/receipt or note the order number to help expedite the exchange/return.

Returns - It's Easy:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them.
  • If it is being returned for an exchange, shipping both ways is free. For returns, you pay only the nominal return shipping fee, there is no re-stocking fee or fee of any kind.
  • Simply print the pre-paid United States Postal domestic label and affix to the box to return the purchase to us.*
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit (minus shipping fee if not an exchange) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • For returns & exchanges, If you have further questions about how to return or exchange your items please call us at 1-877-800-8181. For exchanges, let our trained staff help you pick out the perfect collar for your pooch and ensure you get free shipping of your exchanged item. Let us help take the guesswork out of choosing the correct designer, size or color. For an exchange, we pay the shipping back to you too! We pay for shipping both ways!

Standard Shipping Services - USA

  • Free shipping for orders totaling $30 or more.
  • Flat rate of $6.95 for standard (ground) shipping.
  • Free and $6.95 flat rate is valid only for shipping within the continental U.S.A. using standard (ground) shipping
  • Remember to fill in the shipping information accurately if shipping to a friend.
  • Your shipment may be tracked online with a tracking link emailed to you when it is shipped.
  • All orders are normally shipped within two weeks. Some of our international and handmade suppliers may take longer, this will be noted on the product page. In the event that delivery times are outside of expectations you may change or cancel the order for a full refund. The transit time shown below begins once the order is shipped. From the time of order to receiving your package, unless otherwise stated, add seven days to the transit time.

FAQ:
  1. I just bought something and it says I got points, but how do I see/ use them?
    1. If you created an account when you checked out you may see your points here. The next time you purchase, sign in when you checkout and your points will be available to use where you choose your payment type. You may pay partially with points and the rest with your credit card, or entirely with points.
    2. If you didn't create an account, you may still be able to retrieve your points. Send an email from the same email address you originally used when checking out. Tell us the user name you would like (if available) and we will reply to the email address with a password and account username. We will include points from all the sales that used this email address. Use this to sign in when you checkout next time and your points will be available to you.
  2. I have more than one account and I would like to combine my points into one account. Is this possible? Please contact us by phone. We will need at least one username and password associated with each email address. If you have multiple accounts for the same email address we only need one username and PW to validate them all. We will then combine your points together for you into one account. If you don't know your username and password for any email account, you may retrieve them here.
  3. I have purchased many times without creating an account. Can I recover the points for all these purchases? Yes, see 1-b

No Sales Tax

  • With the exception of shipments to Illinois, sales tax is not charged. For any shipments to Illinois, 8.25% sales tax is charged and paid to the state of Illinois. Sales tax is charged only if the ship-to address is in Illinois. Sales tax is not charged for purchases using an Illinois billing address but shipped outside of Illinois.
Personalization Mistake

  • We try very hard to follow your personalization directions correctly. If we made a mistake, we will replace the item that was personalized at no charge. Be very careful with your measurements and please contact us at anytime for assistance in picking out the exact size that will fit your pet. If you received the item and noticed that you made a spelling mistake or have selected the wrong size, please contact us and we will discuss your options to remake the item for you. If you inform us of a spelling mistake before we personalize the item, we will make the change at no charge.
