With Dog Collar Boutique’s 60 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that the items must be in the same condition that you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

I just bought something and it says I got points, but how do I see/ use them?
a/ If you created an account when you checked out you may
see your points here. The next time you purchase, sign in when you checkout and your points will be available to use where you choose your payment type. You may pay partially with points and the rest with your credit card, or entirely with points.
b/ If you didn't create an account, you may still be able to retrieve your points. Send an email from the same email address you originally used when checking out. Tell us the user name you would like (if available) and we will reply to the email address with a password and account username. We will include points from all the sales that used this email address. Use this to sign in when you checkout next time and your points will be available to you.
I have more than one account and I would like to combine my points into one account. Is this possible?
Please contact us by phone. We will need at least one username and password associated with each email address. If you have multiple accounts for the same email address we only need one username and PW to validate them all. We will then combine your points together for you into one account. If you don't know your username and password for any email account, you may retrieve them here.

No Sales Tax
With the exception of shipments to Illinois, sales tax is not charged. For any shipments to Illinois, 8.25% sales tax is charged and paid to the state of Illinois. Sales tax is charged only if the ship-to address is in Illinois. Sales tax is not charged for purchases using an Illinois billing address but shipped outside of Illinois.
Personalization Mistake
We try very hard to follow your personalization directions correctly. If we made a mistake, we will replace the item that was personalized at no charge. Be very careful with your measurements and please contact us at anytime for assistance in picking out the exact size that will fit your pet. If you received the item and noticed that you made a spelling mistake or have selected the wrong size, please contact us and we will discuss your options to remake the item for you. If you inform us of a spelling mistake before we personalize the item, we will make the change at no charge.
