60-day Return Policy

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
• You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You must include a copy of the order/receipt with the item or include the order number.

• You pay only the return shipping charge. There is no re-stocking fee or fee of any kind. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.
• For exchanges, please contact us at 1-877-800-8181 and speak to a service representative.

Shipping Information

• Free standard (ground) shipping for orders totaling $75 or more.
• Flat rate of $8.95 standard (ground) shipping for orders totaling less than $75
• Free and $8.95 flat rate is valid only for shipping within the continental U.S.A.(excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
• Remember to fill in the shipping information accurately if shipping to a friend.
• Your shipment may be tracked online with a tracking link emailed to you when it is shipped.
• All orders are normally shipped within two weeks. Some of our international and handmade suppliers may take longer, this will be noted on the product page. In the event that delivery times are outside of expectations you may change or cancel the order for a full refund. The transit time shown below begins once the order is shipped. From time of order to receiving your package, unless otherwise stated, add seven days to the transit time.

No Sales Tax

• With the exception of shipments to Illinois, sales tax is not charged. For any shipments to Illinois, 8.25% sales tax is charged and paid to the state of Illinois. Sales tax is charged only if the ship-to address is in Illinois. Sales tax is not charged for gifts purchased using an Illinois billing address but shipped outside of Illinois.
