The collar is a good idea, but I think in a small size like the one I ordered for my puppy they change should be made. The rings to clip a leash to that also secure the collar when walking are too far apart. For a small dog it stands to reason you would use a small leash. A small leash will have a smaller clip that is not big enough to span the distance between rings. Maybe not an issue on larger collars? I will try this type of collar again when my dog gets bigger. Hopefully the clips will not be an issue.
