60-day Return Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Note: If the original order value was high enough to receive free shipping and the return value reduces it below the free shipping order value, then the standard shipping cost will be subtracted from refund amount.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You must include a copy of the order/receipt with the item or include the order number.

  • We pay return shipping (USA only) for exchanges, customer pays shipping for returns, and there is no re-stocking fee or fee of any kind. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.

Payment and Shipping Information

  • Your payment will be charged within 24 hours of your order, not when it is shipped. If you wish you may contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will credit your account 50% of the purchase price and bill the balance upon shipment of the order. This does not affect the 100% return policy.
  • Remember to fill in the shipping information accurately if shipping to a friend.
  • Your shipment may be tracked online with a tracking link emailed to you when it is shipped.
  • All orders are normally shipped within two weeks. Some of our international and handmade suppliers may take longer, this will be noted on the product page. In the event that delivery times are outside of expectations you may change or cancel the order for a full refund. The transit time begins once the order is shipped. From time of order to receiving your package, unless otherwise stated, add seven days for transit time.

Loyalty Points & Friendship Program

  • Loyalty points may be used to purchase items from Dog Collar Boutique, but have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Dog Collar Boutique has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Friendship Program Rules, Rewards and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Loyalty Points.
  • A member account may be closed at the Dog Collar Boutique's discretion if no points are accrued during a 24-month period. All points in the membership account will be forfeited at that time.
